We’re here to assist you with your claims process. 

To report a death, you may do so by using our online notification by clicking "Online Death Claim Notification" in the left navigation.

To report a disability claim, disability income insurance owners must first login to their account and then navigate to Service Center » Claims. Click on "Online Disability Claim Notification" in the left navigation. (First-time users may find information about Registering Your Account helpful.)
