The Ohio National Foundation Announces Support of the St. Elizabeth Cancer Center

February 17, 2020

New facility will be the region’s leading cancer center in Greater Cincinnati

The Ohio National Foundation announced it will donate $250,000 to support the St. Elizabeth Cancer Center located in Edgewood, Kentucky. In recognition of the donation, the Multidisciplinary Care area will be named for Ohio National Financial Services, Inc. when the Center opens in the fall of 2020.

“Ohio National is proud to partner with St. Elizabeth on their new, state-of-the-art cancer center. We are committed to making a stronger, more vibrant community. This partnership does this by giving our family, friends and neighbors impacted by cancer access to excellent care, facilities and support in their back yard,” said Pam Webb, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services at Ohio National and Secretary, The Ohio National Foundation. “Our commitment to the center is one of the many ways we can make a big difference and provide a brighter future for our community.”

The St. Elizabeth Cancer Center aims to both save lives through early cancer detection and improve the quality of life for survivors through personalized care emphasizing prevention and screening, precision medicine and individually tailored treatment plans.

“We are deeply appreciative of the generous support from Ohio National Financial Services,” said Garren Colvin, St. Elizabeth President and CEO.  “This investment will help us provide comprehensive and compassionate care that improves the health of the people we serve.  Our vision is to lead the Northern Kentucky region to become one of the healthiest communities in America, and this generous gift will assist us greatly as we strive to achieve that vision.”
