Work from home policy

We have implemented a work-from-home policy while ensuring that business critical processes continue to be performed to serve the needs of our policyholders. Some of the many protocols in place include:

  • Implementing robust internal procedures to reduce the spread of illness between associates and within our facilities
  • Ensuring business-critical processes can continue to be performed remotely, including maintaining our contact center functions
  • Understanding and complying with the local, state and federal response plans to address public health threats, such as the current pandemic
