Our benefits program includes valuable plans to help you save money to enjoy the retirement you’ve envisioned. Associates can voluntarily contribute to a 401(k) as well as our Profit Sharing Plan, which is immediately vested.
Ohio National will also match voluntary contributions, up to 3% of your salary. Company contributions vest after three years of service. In addition, each February, Ohio National’s board of directors determines a company contribution1 to the Ohio National profit sharing plan based on the previous year’s performance. This benefit is available to associates after one year of employment.

Our main campus includes a fitness center and half-mile fitness trail with 10 fitness stations. Our on-site medical clinic staffed with a full-time nurse provides free medical and wellness assistance and many medical tests can be performed without ever leaving the office.
Our wellness program goes beyond physical health. We also provide assistance with financial wellness and confidential counseling services.
